Athletics
Vanguard has a fully developed interscholastic athletic program and several sports teams for our students. Athletes participate in state-sanctioned competition against area private and public schools, and more than half of our students are members of an athletic team.
The Vanguard School is a class 1A member of the Florida High School Activities Association (FHSAA), which sanctions sporting events and monitors student eligibility.
Intramural activities offer another structured avenue for the enjoyment of athletics, with games and tournaments scheduled throughout the year and open to all residential and day students.
