Phil is a seasoned culinary professional with a background as an Executive Chef for several years in New York. A proud alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America, he has honed his skills in some of the finest kitchens, crafting creative dishes and leading culinary teams. With a deep passion for food and education, Phil now channels his expertise into his role at The Vanguard School, where he is dedicated to enhancing the dining experience for students. His commitment to quality and nutrition ensures that every meal is not just delicious, but an opportunity for learning and enjoyment. When he’s not working, he enjoys experimenting with new recipes, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, all things Disney, and sharing his love for cooking with his community.
