A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, Chef Jose brings over 25 years of experience in the culinary field. His career has taken him from restaurants and hotel kitchens of New York City to country clubs in Florida and hotels in Orlando.
Now, Chef enjoys bringing his passion for food to the education world, where he finds joy in connecting with students and creating meals that remind him of cooking for his own family.
When he’s not in the kitchen, he loves spending time with his family and working on hands-on projects around the house.
