Sabrina’s approach to therapy:
After rapport is built, Sabrina values prioritizing a hands-on an experiential component to therapy. When working with students with learning differences talk therapy is not always an appropriate fit. Canine assisted therapy, which is experiential in nature can greatly assist in learning interpersonal skills and emotional regulation. Sabrina is passionate about incorporating her therapy dog Brody into the counseling process to promote healing, and enjoys making therapy experiential, hands-on, and applicable to everyday life.
